Choose the base Sense360 hub family before selecting power and expansion modules.

Choose how you want to configure WebFlash. Pick your kit or SKU if you bought a Sense360 bundle, or jump into the manual flow if you know your exact modules.
Tip: kit SKUs start with S360-KIT-. Check the box label or your order confirmation.

How is the hub powered?
Pick how this unit will get power in the field. This affects cable planning and available accessories.
Add expansion modules
When bathroom mode is enabled, VentIQ is shown and AirIQ is hidden because these two air-quality modules are mutually exclusive.
Fan / Switching
Selected: Fan / Switching None Choose the exact fan or switching board installed in your hub. This changes the firmware selected in the final step.Driver options for external fan and load switching control. Optional — choose None to skip.
Relay, PWM, DAC, and TRIAC builds use different firmware. Select the board actually installed.
Firmware target preview
This is the firmware identifier that will be used in the next step, generated from your selections.
Select mounting and power to generate a firmware target.
This exact firmware target is not published yet. You can still review your selection, but installation will require a matching firmware build.
Review & install
Use desktop Chrome or Edge to connect your Sense360 hub. Then click ‘Install firmware’. If you’re not on a supported browser, download the .bin instead.

Before you flash
Review these essentials to keep your hub safe during the update.
- Verify the Sense360 hub is powered and connected to your computer.
- Keep this browser tab open until the flashing process finishes.
- Do not disconnect power/USB during flashing.
What happens next: after flashing, this tab will offer to connect your hub to Wi-Fi over the same USB connection (Improv Serial). Have your Wi-Fi password ready.

If the device no longer boots or the wrong firmware may have been installed, open Rescue / Recovery Mode.
Manual BOOT/RESET steps
- Unplug the device from USB.
- Hold the BOOT button.
- Plug in USB while still holding BOOT.
- Release BOOT after 2 seconds.
- Press Install again to retry.
